National Weather Service is the government-owned website for all things weather. The weather is information that everyone needs to be aware of to determine what they do in the day or what outfit to wear. For that reason, the website should have character to keep the user engaged and be user-friendly to maintain efficiency.
Visual Identity
Logo
The logo combines the symbol/animal of America, the eagle, with the different weather that is seen. It also depicts the eagle embracing the sun, which connects to the idea that the National Weather Service covers all things weather.
